DTS will show you how to defend yourself in three easy steps. You
will learn a combination of strikes and holds that will incapacitate
your attacker and render him or her defenseless and powerless.
INDIVIDUALS/GROUPS
Individual and group lessons in self defense are available
for men, women, and children over the age of four. Rates are $25 per
half hour session for one-on-one lessons.
COLLEGES
Help keep your campus safe. Train your Campus Safety
officers to effectively handle any potentially dangerous situation.
Make every officer an expert in self defense and conflict-management,
and have them pass that knowledge along to your students through hands-on
workshops and seminars.
BUSINESSES
On site seminars and group lessons are available for your business.
Train your security officers and employees to disarm a potentially
dangerous situation and escort the perpetrator off or out of your
premises without causing a commotion. Training will increase productivity
and people skills, lower insurance rates, and make you feel more empowered
- confident that you can handle any or most situation when it occurs.

Schedule a self defense
seminar for your school, college or business. On site seminars are
$65 an hour for a minimum of two hours.

Sick of Tupperware, Home Beautiful and Stamping Up! Parties?
Schedule a Self Defense Party and your guests will leave with the
confidence and ability to defend themselves. The host pays an initial
$25, and then it's just $5 per person. (5 person minimum.)
